Rescheduled LSC Summit 2021
Due to the current education climate, the LSCs.4.ALL coalition has decided to reschedule our annual LSC summit to Feb 27, 10AM-3PM. We apologize for the late notice but we believe we will be able to hold a more powerful collaborative community space if it is pushed back. Please also note that we will be adding additional time to the end of our Summit for an organizing plenary.

The author is Martin Gartzman, a Senior Associate at UChicago STEM Education at the University of Chicago. From 2002–2006, Gartzman served as the CPS Chief Mathematics and Science Officer, where he directed the Chicago Math and Science Initiative (CMSI), the district’s touted program for mathematics and science improvement.

LSC nominations are officially closed! We have created a LSC webpage where folks can learn about LSC 101, LSC Campaign Basics, LSC Voting and Effective LSC Practices. Please take our LSC survey, which will help us continue to grow our resources and LSC support!
