CPS Grab & Go Meal Sites Fall 2020: The Basics | COVID-19

CPS expanded the number of sites for CPS Grab & Go Meals. Please see below for the basics of this program. Scroll down for additional food assistance. 

CPS Grab & Go Fall 2020 Meal Site Basics
  • CPS Meal Sites webpage: find the most up-to-date list of meal sites citywide, plus Menus
  • When you pick up food (or have it delivered) you should receive breakfast and lunch for 3 days for each child 18 and under
  • Grab & Go pick up is from 8AM-1PM, Mon - Fri
  • Your child does not need to be present
  • You do not have to present an ID
  • You do not have to be a CPS family
  • Food delivery is still available 
    • Use this form to request a deliveryThis is the form for November. 
    • You can call CPS 773-553-KIDS(5437) for meal delivery. Please share this number with other families.
    • Note: The maximum number of deliveries per household per week is two. Additionally, due to the high volume of requests, please be aware that a meal delivery takes an average of 4 days. 
  • From the ODLSS webpage:
